Delhi High Court Disposes Plea for Publication of New Excise Policy 2021 - 06.07.2021

Delhi High Court has disposed of a plea filed by Delhi Liquor Traders' Association seeking directions to make public Delhi Government's new excise policy for the year 2021-22, which got approval in the month of June, 2021.
