CESTAT, Delhi Directs Department to Allow Refund of Excise Duty Paid by Ray-Ban India - 06.07.2021

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has directed the central excise department to allow refund of excise duty paid by the company, Ray-Ban India under protest in the year 2018.
