Delhi High Court Stays Transfer of HIV Positive BSF Jawan Due to Medical Condition - 05.07.2021

Delhi High Court has stayed the transfer of an HIV Positive Border Security Force (BSF) Jawan, disapproving the insistence of the BSF that he joins duty at his new place of posting in his precarious medical condition.
