Kerala HC Directs Transport Commissioner to Ensure Motor Vehicles Violating Rules Not to be Used - 05.07.2021

Kerala High Court has called for the Transport Commissioner to take necessary steps through the concerned officers in the Motor Vehicles Department to ensure that no motor vehicle is permitted to be used in any public place violating the Rules and directions in place for road safety.
