Karnataka HC Seeks Response on Failure to Bring Regulation Banning Online Gambling - 05.07.2021

Karnataka High Court has directed the Chief Secretary to within a week file an affidavit setting out the reasons why the State Government has not abided by its assurances given to the court and made its stand clear about action, if any, they propose to take in the subject of banning online gambling and betting.
