Tripura HC Stays Probe into Facebook Post by Person Associated with Political Party - 05.07.2021

Tripura High Court has stayed probe in a matter wherein a person, associated with a political party, had put a post on his Facebook account "Finish the end" and thereafter, he was booked for the offences punishable under Sections 153, 153A, 109, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 120B.
