MP HC Grants Anticipatory Bail to Man Accused of Raping Live In Relationship Partner - 05.07.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted anticipatory bail to a man accused of raping his live in relationship partner on the promise to marry her by imposing the condition that he shall not move in her vicinity or be a 'source of embarrassment or harassment' to her. The Court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnishing of a personal bond of Rs. 50,000 with two sureties of like amount.
