MP HC: Article 20(3) Isn't Violated If Magistrate Directs Accused to Give Voice Samples - 05.07.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed when an accused is asked to give a voice sample by the Magistrate, it can't be said that he is being compelled to be a witness against himself and thus, the fundamental right under Article 20(3) of the Constitution of India, 1949 is not violated in such a case.
