Meghalaya HC Constitutes High Powered Committee to Look Into Issue of Felling or Cutting of Trees - 02.07.2021

Meghalaya High Court has constituted a five member high powered Committee to look into the issue of feeling or cutting of trees for the purpose of widening national highway 40 in the vicinity of Eastern Air Command, Meghalaya in a Public Interest Litigation highlighting the issue of falling of trees for widening the said National Highway connecting Shillong to Dawki near the Eastern Air Command.
