SC: Name of Victim in Sexual Offences Shall Not Be Mentioned in Any Proceedings - 02.07.2021

Supreme Court has taken strong objections to a Sessions Court Judgment where the names of rape victim are mentioned. The Court has held that all the subordinate Courts should be careful not to reveal the identity of a rape victim in any proceedings.
