Calcutta HC Directs State to File Report on Withdrawal of Security of BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari - 02.07.2021

Calcutta High Court has directed the West Bengal State government to submit a comprehensive report on the State government's withdrawal of security of BJP MLA and Leader of the Opposition Suvendu Adhikari. Justice Shivkant Prasad directed the State to submit the aforementioned report before the next date of hearing.
