Allahabad HC Directs State Election Commission to Ensure Free and Fair Elections - 02.07.2021

Allahabad High Court has directed the State Election Commission of Uttar Pradesh to ensure free and fair elections to be conducted of Zila Panchayat Chairpersons in the State in the plea of one Anita, who is a candidate for the Zila Panchayat Chairperson Post from Sitapur District in Uttar Pradesh from the Samajwadi Party.
