SC Dismisses Centre's Review Petition Against Interpretation of 102nd Constitution Amendment - 02.07.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed the review petition filed by the Central Government against the 5-judge bench judgment of the Supreme Court which held that the 102nd Constitution Amendment abrogated the power of State Governments to identify and notify socially and educationally backward classes (SEBCs).
