SC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Release of Prisoners Lodged in Agra Jail - 02.07.2021

Supreme Court has issued notice in a plea seeking the release of 13 prisoners who have been lodged in Agra Jail for periods ranging from 14 to 22 years. The plea states that these prisoners have been denied release despite establishing that they were juveniles at the time of offence.
