SC Dismisses Appeal by Delhi Police Challenging Delhi HC in Chief Secretary Assault Case - 02.07.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal by the Delhi Police challenging the Delhi High Court order which allowed CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia's plea to provide statement of witnesses in the 2018 alleged assault of then-CS Anshu Prakash.
