Karnataka HC Passes Interim Direction Restraining Compelling Doctors for Compulsory Rural Service - 01.07.2021

Karnataka High Court has passed an interim direction to the state restraining it from compelling these doctors from registering online for the Compulsory Rural Service under provisions of the Karnataka Compulsory Training Service By Candidates Completed Medical Courses Act, 2012.
