MP HC: Compelling Married Woman to Live in Parental Home After Marriage is Cruelty - 30.06.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that compelling a married woman to live in her parental home after marriage amounts to cruelty and that for this reason, it cannot be said that she was living separately without reasonable reason.
