Karnataka HC Allows Mohammed Zubair to Withdraw Transit Anticipatory Bail Application - 30.06.2021

Karnataka High Court has allowed Mohammed Zubair, co-founder of fact-checking portal 'AltNews', to withdraw his petition seeking transit anticipatory bail in an FIR registered by Uttar Pradesh police over tweets on the Ghaziabad incident related to assault on an elderly Muslim man, after he informed the court that he had attended the police station and his statement was recorded.
