Gauhati HC Dismisses PIL to Provide PPE Kits to Corona Warriors With Costs - 28.06.2021

Gauhati High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) application to provide PPE kits/suits powered by air-purifying respiratory devices to the Corona Warriors to ensure minimum human working conditions to the doctors, health workers and any other paramedical staffs associated with Covid related duties, with cost of Rs. 50000/-on the petitioner.
