Karnataka HC Directs Principal Secretary to Explain on Modified Conditions of Grant of Land - 28.06.2021

Karnataka High Court has directed the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, to explain observing that the State government has modified conditions of grant of land for Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Trust prima facie for overreaching Court’s earlier order.
