Uttarakhand High Court Orders Online Tuition Course for Juvenile in Children's Home - 25.06.2021

Uttarakhand High Court has directed the Superintendent of the Children's Home in Haridwar to make arrangements for online tuition of a juvenile, willing to enrol for graduation, observing that under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949, the right to education is a part of the right to life.
