CESTAT, Mumbai Deletes Custom Duties, Penalties on Retail Packing of Diapers and Sanitary Napkins - 22.06.2021

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai has provided relief to the Godrej Hygiene Products Ltd, by deleting the Customs duties, penalties arising from a contract for retail packing of on ‘baby and clinical diapers’ and ‘sanitary napkins’.
