Calcutta HC: No Educational Institution to Remove Student for Non-Payment of Fees - 22.06.2021

Calcutta High Court has said that no school or academic institution shall remove any student from their rolls for non-payment or short-payment of fees till 31st July, 2021, keeping in view the situation created by Covid-19 pandemic.
