Allahabad HC: Incomplete & Defective Gang Charts in UP Resulting in Easy Bail for Accused - 21.06.2021

Allahabad High Court has taken serious note of "half backed" gang-charts being filed under the U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 that ultimately helps alleged gangsters in "easily obtaining bail", thereby threatening the order of the civil society.
