Karnataka HC Directs to Decide on Extending Free Treatment to Persons Suffering from Mucormycosis - 18.06.2021

Karnataka High Court has directed the state government to decide on extending free treatment to persons suffering from Mucormycosis. The Court has said that the State government has described mucormycosis as covid associated diseases. It is therefore necessary for the state to ensure that in all public hospitals the requisite numbers of beds are kept reserved for patients with mucormycosis.
