Karnataka High Court Grants Default Bail to 115 UAPA Accused in Bengaluru Riots Case - 18.06.2021

Karnataka High Court has granted default bail under section Section 167(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (CrPC) to 115 accused in the case regarding violence that took place within the limits of the DJ Halli and KG Halli police station, on 11th August, 2020.
