Kerala HC Dismisses Writ Challenging Draft Lakshadweep Development Authority Regulation 2021 - 18.06.2021

Kerala High Court has dismissed a writ petition challenging the draft Lakshadweep Development Authority Regulation 2021 which proposes to develop towns on inhabited Lakshadweep islands.
