Bombay HC Sets Aside Arbitration Award Directing BCCI to Pay Compensation to DCHL - 17.06.2021

Bombay High Court has set aside the arbitration award directing Board for Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) to pay over Rs. 4800 crore to Deccan Chronicle Holding Ltd (DCHL) for terminating the latter's franchise Deccan Chargers (DC) from the Indian Premier League (IPL).
