Allahabad HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Compensation for Loss of Life Due to Lack of Treatment - 17.06.2021

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a plea seeking compensation for the loss of life of Petitioner's father who had contracted COVID-19 and died allegedly because he did not get the proper and timely treatment.
