Allahabad HC Upholds UP Govt's Order Cancelling Takeover of 7 Educational Institutions - 16.06.2021

Allahabad High Court has upheld order of Yogi-Adityanath led Uttar Pradesh Government, cancelling an earlier order issued by the then ruling political dispensation—Samajwadi Party whereby seven private educational institutions had been provincialized (taken over).
