Karnataka HC Sets Aside Elections to Karnataka Medical Council Due to Fraud by RO - 16.06.2021

Karnataka High Court has set aside the elections that were held to the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC), while declaring that the elections were vitiated owing to a fraud by the Returning Officer (RO), a Joint Registrar of Department of Cooperative Societies.
