Madras HC: A Govt. Doctor Can’t Challenge His Transfer - 15.02.2016

Madras HC has held that doctor heading forensic sciences department can't challenge transfer order on ground that he had to spend most of his time in the district from which he was transferred due to need to attend court proceedings in connection with post mortems conducted by him in many criminal cases.
