Bombay HC: No Prohibition on States to Conduct Door-to-Door Vaccination - 15.06.2021

Bombay High Court has observed that the Central Government has not explicitly prohibited State governments from providing a door-to-door vaccination for the elderly and disabled citizens, who would not be able to visit immunization centres. The Court has asked the Maharashtra Government to decide if it will undertake door-to-door vaccination by 22nd June, 2021.
