Kerala HC Sets Aside Conviction on Grounds of Non-Determination of Soundness of Mind of Accused - 15.06.2021

Kerala High Court has set aside conviction and sentence passed against the accused in a matter of matricide and double filicide, on the ground that the Investigation Officer did not subject her to medical examination immediately to determine the soundness of the mind of the accused.
