DGFT Changes Export Policy of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients - 15.06.2021

Director-General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has notified the changes in the Export policy of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients from ‘Prohibited’ to ‘Restricted’. Further, export of Injection Remdesivir and Remdesivir API against Advance Authorizations issued under Chapter 4 of Foreign Trade Policy/Handbook of Procedures shall not require separate export authorization or permission.
