Kerala High Court Seeks Response in Plea for Import of Drug for Rare Disease - 14.06.2021

Kerala High Court has sought the response of the Principal Secretary of State and Director of Health Services in a petition urging for the Government assistance for the import of a drug which is the only cure for 5-month old suffering from a rare disease, Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
