Karnataka High Court Dismisses Amazon & Flipkart Pleas Against CCI Probe - 14.06.2021

Karnataka High Court has dismissed the writ petitions filed by Amazon and Flipkart challenging an order passed by the Competition Commission of India for a preliminary investigation into their alleged anti-competitive practices, citing the limitations of the power of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1949 to interfere with a probe ordered by an expert specialized body.
