MP HC Allows Private Hospitals’ Plea to Return Covid Vaccines in Lieu of New Vaccination Policy - 14.06.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has allowed the application filed by the private hospitals to return the remaining COVID-19 vaccine doses to the government, in view of the fact that the Central Government has changed its vaccination policy. The Court has directed the hospitals to return the indicated number of Viles/vaccine doses to concerned CMHO of Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain and Narsinghpur who shall duly verify the same and the amount paid in-lieu thereof shall be refunded to the concerned hospital
