J&K HC Upholds Validity of NHRC Order Granting Compensation to Family of Child - 14.06.2021

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has upheld the validity of an order passed by National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) granting monetary compensation of Rs 3 lakh each to the next of kin of each kid who died after consuming spurious cough syrup.
