Rajasthan HC Directs State to Consider Policy on Maintenance of Life-Saving Equipment - 11.06.2021

Rajasthan High Court has directed the State Government to consider making a policy decision on the issue concerning maintenance of ventilators and other life saving equipments available in government hospitals in the State, to try and ensure operational availability of all such life saving equipments at any time.
