Madras HC Impresses on Need to Maintain Forest Lands and to Prevent Encroachment - 10.06.2021

Madras High Court has observed that it is absolutely imperative that not even an inch of forest land in the State be allowed to be encroached upon by anyone. The Court has also impressed upon the need to maintain the forest lands well without spoiling their pristine glory.
