Madras HC Dismisses Plea Seeking No Disturbance to CM on Sundays With Costs - 09.06.2021

Madras High Court has dismissed a plea with Rs. 10,000/- cost which sought directions the Chief Secretary and other officials not to circulate any file or seek any orders or disturb the Chief Minister, except in extraordinary circumstances on Sundays.
