Delhi HC Directs to Consider Plea on Regulation of Rate of HRCT Test as Representation - 04.06.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Authorities to treat the plea to regulate or cap the rate of High-Resolution Computerised Tomography ('HRCT') test in the NCT specifically for patients having COVID-19 symptoms as a representation and to decide it in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policies.
