Madras HC Directs Police to Not Arrest IT Minister Till June 9 in Rape Case - 04.06.2021

Madras High Court as directed the police to not arrest former Information Technology Minister M. Manikandan till 9th June, 2021 in a rape case booked on the basis of a complaint lodged by an actor. The Court has passed the interim order following an anticipatory bail petition filed by him accusing the actor of being an extortionist who lays honey traps with the assistance of a gang.
