P&H HC: Bail Application of Juvenile to be Decided After Considering Social Investigation Report - 03.06.2021

Punjab and Haryana High Court has reiterated that the bail application of a Juvenile under Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 must be decided after taking into account the Social Investigation Report of the child in question.
