Delhi HC Seeks Response in Plea Seeking Ex Gratia Amount for Persons Working as Domestic Help - 03.06.2021

Delhi High Court has sought response of the Delhi Government in plea seeking ex gratia amount of Rs. 10, 000 to all persons working as domestic helps in the national capital. The Court has issued notice in the plea filed by five women working as domestic helps in Delhi seeking directions from the respondent authorities in the interest of 471 similarly situated persons working as domestic helps in various parts of the city.
