Calcutta HC: Mere Solitary Incident Not Sufficient Ground to Transfer Proceedings - 03.06.2021

Calcutta High Court has stated that a mere solitary incident would not be a sufficient ground for allowing transfer of proceedings in Narada Case where Central Bureau of Investigation has sought to transfer the trial and to declare that the hearing in the trial court which led to bail being granted to four TMC leaders was vitiated on account of mob pressure.
