NGT Directs to Take Remedial Action Over Alleged Illegal Sand Mining in Hamirpur District - 02.06.2021

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has disposed of a plea with direction to the Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh, and District Magistrate, Hamirpur to take remedial action for the alleged illegal sand mining in Hamirpur district.
