NGT Dismisses Review Directing Demolition of Resort Premises at Mamallapuram - 01.06.2021

National Green Tribunal has dismissed a review application filed by GRT Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd challenging its judgment in April, 2021 directing the demolition of 1,100 sq. metres of the resort premises at Mamallapuram falling within 0-200 metres of the No Development Zone and imposing an environmental compensation of Rs.10 crore.
