SC Notifies Use of Email for Requests for Mentioning Fresh Matters Before Vacation Benches - 31.05.2021

Supreme Court has notified that requests for mentioning of fresh matters before Vacation Benches is to be made only by email. The direction has been issued as part of the circular dated May 27th, notifying rules and arrangements made to facilitate the hearing of matters of extreme urgency, during the summer vacation.
